Jumping on the CUP Bandwagon a little early this weekend... waiting for the matchups - will post them ASAP!
If your looking for a dark horse for tomorrow's race @ Poco, something with good value, put your money on Scott Rigg's (currently 95/1 @ BoDog). Scotty posted some great practice laps... what I don't like about some of the motorsports sites that post 1st practice and final practice times, is that they only post the drivers BEST lap time... not an overall average.
Scott was consistent during his 5-10 laps intervals.. around the low 165's and high 164's...
MIGHT BE A FACTOR:
A lot of the Drivers who have been on the CUP circuit for awhile are having a rough time adjusting to the new gears NASACR forced them to use this season, especially at Pocono where they no longer have to shift and a lot of them are reporting that they still are reaching up to pull the shifter down... maybe that's not a big deal, but after 400 miles and your getting hot and tired, it could be a factor for some of them....
BIG TIP:
If you caught my write up for the Daytona 500, I suggested putting an equal amount of small wagers on Greg Biffle each week... in my case, and I am not a big player by all means, I only put 10 bux on him each week... Biffle has now won 4 races and I am covered for the rest of the year... And I still suggest putting the same amount on him for the remainder of the year... he will win another 3-5 races this year and I have him winning the Championship as well!
Will be back as soon as the matchups are posted!
